Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.20428 of 2015 dated 15.03.2016.

Prayer in WP(MD). 20428/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No. 7521/A4/2014, dated 18.8.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve petitioners appointment as Junior Assistant in 4th respondent school from the date of the appointment on 14.10.2014 and to pay all the service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.20428 of 2015 dated 15.03.2016.

2. Heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Recording the statement of learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
