ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent Police have completed the investigation, in Crime No.259 of 2013, and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tiruchendur, on 05.12.2015, and the same is yet to be taken on file. She has produced a copy of the final report before this Court to that effect.
