Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to survey the land situated in Survey No.174/12, Mallankinar Village, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhungar District and fix the boundaries based on the petitioner s representations dated 18.01.2014 and 19.02.2014 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court. ********** This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.21814 of 2015, dated 07.12.2015. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate placing on record the order passed by the respondent dated 19.10.2016, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the respondent conducted the enquiry and passed the order.
