ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the second and third respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the issue between the parties is a case of job racketing and not an issue over money transaction. On the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry both parties appeared and this petitioner undertook to return the amount. On the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the complaint was closed on 25.02.2023.

3.In view of the above submissions, since, the complaint was closed on 25.02.2023, the question of harassment at the hands of the official respondents does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
