PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2193/A2/2017, dated 07.09.2017 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and direct the first respondent to register in its records Form VII, dated 10.07.2017 filed by the petitioner in respect of the petitioner Society. 1/4

This writ petition was filed as against the order passed by the District Registrar cum Registrar of Societies, Sivagangai, in and by which, Form VII submitted by the petitioner Society was kept in abeyance and not taken on file.

2.Today(10.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No 2/4
