Criminal Appeal is filed under section 374(2) of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside and reverse the conviction and judgment dated 25.06.2010 made in S.C.No.51 of 2007 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai and acquit the appellant/First accused.

Satisfying with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time already granted by this Court for depositing a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of S.C.No.51 of 2007 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai is extended till 02.01.2020.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit the same on or before 02.01.2020.
