This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.183 of 2008 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case the first respondent has conducted investigation and the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact'. As per the circular of Deputy General of Police, the concerned records were destroyed, due to lapse of time. 3.In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
