O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10297 of 2014 dated 31.08.2015 has not been complied with.
2. While disposing the above said writ petition, this Court directed the petitioner that if he seeks redressal of grievance for eviction of encroachments, he is directed to file a petition before the competent authority, namely, the Tahsildar, Thuraiyur, Trichy District. Though the order was passed on 31.08.2014, as per the typed set of papers, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
lapse of one year, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent only on 17.08.2016, which is seen in the typed set of papers at Page No.2 and even a lapse of one month, but without waiting, he has filed this Contempt petition on the allegation that the respondent has disobeyed the order of this Court dated 31.08.2014. In fact, this Court directed the petitioner to make representation to the Tahsildar, Thuraiyur only, whereas in the present representation, he has impleaded all the higher authorities of the Tahsildar, Thuraiyur. Hence, the contempt petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed as premature one.
