ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner admits that vide G.O.(Ms)No.139, Municipal Administration and Drinking Water Supply Department, dated 07.04.2017, the pension payable to the petitioner has been sanctioned by the Government. The Government Order, therefore, clearly shows that the pension has been sanctioned to the petitioner, as it has been directed by the order of this Court dated 14.12.2012 in W.P.(MD)No.11221 of 2010. 2.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.

3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further order is required either for appearance of parties or for dispense with the appearance of the third respondent / contemnor, as per the previous order of this Court. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the second contemnor is present and hence, Sub. A.(MD) No.109 of 2017 is also dismissed as infructuous.
