This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the impunged order of cancellation of approval in the post of PG Assistant in Tamil granted to the petitioner vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.209/A1/2014 dated 13.8.2014 (received on 13.9.2014) and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary .

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 19.09.2014 in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2014 in W.P(MD)No.15699 of 2014 has been complied with by issuing proceedings vide e.f.vz;.2327/m1/2017, dated 20.11.2017, which has been produced.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the submissions and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
