Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SARAVANAN D, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15584 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022 enabling the petitioners/A2 and A3 to furnish the sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Theni. 2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
