ORDER
On the last hearing date, ie., on 30.08.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had reported no instructions in this matter and he had submitted that the papers were already handed over to the petitioner. This Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and post the matter for hearing today. As directed by this Court, Registry had printed the name of the petitioner in the cause list today. Despite the same, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. This writ petition is of the year 2017. It can be now inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
