This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 02.11.2015 passed in W.P.(MD) No.18696 of 2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order has been duly complied with by the respondents herein and a copy of the proceedings has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
