No.355 of 2015 and 356 of 2015 on the file of the respondent No.4, to the respondent No.3 of S.P.C.I.D within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for his misrepresentation given in the order dated 02.02.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1777 of 2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and the same has also been taken on file on C.C.No.184 of 2016.
