ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2022 dated 15.10.2022 on the file of the second respondent to the first respondent or some other specialized investigating agency for conducting joint investigation in Crime No.39 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent under the supervision of the third respondent and club both the cases within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that during the pendency of 2/4
