The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue a badge license on the petitioner's application in PVR No.S6072200401463, by considering the his representation dated 18.11.2022.

2. After hearing both parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Rajapalayam, with the request now made in the present writ petition.

On receipt of such application, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Rajapalayam, shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law. No costs.
