ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6660 of 2016 dated 25.04.2016.

2.Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, final report has been filed on 18.07.2016, before the concerned Court, as directed by this Court in the above said Criminal Original Petition.
