To pass an order of Interim Direction, to the 4th, 5th, 6th respondents to restore the electricity connection and operate the lights and CCTV Camera in Kaliakkavilai Daily Vegetable and fish market and also clean the dumbed wastes from the market premises immediately and report the compliance before this Honble Court. Prayer in WP(MD). 22811/ 2024 :
To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to collect only the entry fee in respect of Daily Market / Weekly Market / Bus Stand / Cycle Stand / Public Toilet and Clock Rooms not under any other heads and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to revisit the policy of leasing out the markets to the private parties as directed by this Honble Court in WP (MD) No.1333 of 2022 dated 12.09.2023 by considering the representation sent by the petitioner dated 06.09.2024 within the stipulated time period that may be fixed by this Honble Court. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.NIRANJAN S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both WMP's and of MR.P.
