Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 19648/ 2015 : Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.09.2015.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19648 of 2015 dated 12.10.2015.

2.Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that no such person in the name of Ms.Loorthu Mary is working as Inspector of Police in Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Trichy District as alleged by the petitioner and he further submitted that based on the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19648, after enquiry, a case has been registered in Crime No.11 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
