Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records in connection with the impugned order dated 09.02.2015 R.D.R.430/2015/E3 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to retain the patta no.1722 in the name of the petitioner in respect of land in Survey No.48/7 and 48/8 Urappanur Village Thirumangalam in the following circumstances of the case in accordance with law as this Honble Court may deem fit.
