ORDER

The petition is for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate to consider his petition and recall the warrant, as a non-bailable warrant was issued on 30.11.2025 in S.T.C.No.178 of 2023.

2. It is seen that in the 1st paragraph of the petition, it is stated that a bailable warrant has been issued. The petitioner himself is not clear as to the nature of the warrant issued against him. The petitioner ought to have appeared before the learned Magistrate and sought for recall of the warrant. This Court therefore is not inclined to issue any directions to the learned Magistrate to decide the petition for recall of warrant in any particular manner. It is open to the petitioner to appear before the learned Magistrate for recall of warrant.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
