: Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience and violating the order dated 21.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9543 of 2015. Prayer in WP(MD). 9543/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the terminal benefits on account of the deemed death of the petitioners husband , arrears of pension, family pension and all other monetary benefits under law with interest within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
