Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 4th respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No. 99/A2/A3/2015 dated 10.10.2015, quash the same. Prayer in MP(MD). 1/ 2015 in WP(MD).20681/2015 : To grant an order of AD INTERIM STAY of the operation of the impugned proceeding issued by the 4th respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer , Kadaladi in Na.Ka.No. 99/A2/A3/2015 dated 10.10.2015 and all proceedings in furtherance thereof, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.CibiChakraborthy in both cases] For Respondent : Mr.A.Muthukaruppan [in both cases] Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this court made in MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P(MD)No.20677 of 2015 and in MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P(MD)No.20681 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015 respectively. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that after the interim order passed in the above petitions, recovery is not made from the petitioners. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent, dated 05.12.2016 to that effect.
