Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ or Order of direction in the nature of writ calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.5605/A2/2015 dated 10.12.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as a Office Assistant from the date of appointment i.e.13.11.2015 with all the consequential benefits For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.23401 of 2015 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the third respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.4470/A2/2016, dated 21.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
