Prayer in WP(MD). 4171/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing these respondents to restore and reconstruct the drainage canal, in the east west street of this petitioner house with door No.62, by connecting this house drainage system into public drainage system, by removing the obstructions and by forming connecting canal.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.4171 of 2016, dated 01.03.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate placing on record the order passed by the respondent, dated 07.10.2016, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
