Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to engage a surveyor to Survey the petitioner's property situated at Dindigul District, Old Kannivadi, Udkadai Karisalpatti Village in Survey No.273 based on the Sale Deed dated 24.06.1946 vide Document No.1695/1946, consequently fix four boundaries considering his representation dated 16.11.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
