The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for her willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 27.10.2015 in Writ Petition(MD).No.18285 of 2015. 2.This Court, by an order dated 27.10.2015, directed the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 31.12.2012 and the reminder dated 27.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that already the order dated 27.10.2015 in Writ Petition(MD). No.18285 of 2015 has been complied with by the respondents. 4.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
