ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent and his personnel not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the third respondent has lodged a complaint as if she had purchased the property in the name of the first petitioner and also gave a complaint for returning of the property and that the second respondent has colluded with the third respondent, harassing the petitioners. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and on that basis, CSR.No.182 of 2022 came to be registered and that since it is a civil dispute between the parties, they are going to close the complaint shortly.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 16.12.2022 Index :
