When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and sanctioned a sum of Rs.8650/- towards the claim of the petitioner. 2.The party in person appeared before this Court and submitted that the claim of the amount is Rs.30,000/- whereas the respondent has sanctioned only a sum of Rs.8,650/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.If the petitioner has got any grievance against the order passed by the respondent, it is always open to him challenge the above said order in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
