Prayerin C.R.P(MD)No.312 of 2023 :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Learned District Munsif Court, Aathoor, Dindigul District to dispose the suit in O.S. No. 122 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aathoor, Dindigul District within time stipulated by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing this day under the caption for "Extension of time" and perusing the earlier order dated 09.02.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor, vide the letter in D.No.1636/2023, dated 31.08.2023 and forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide the letter in D.No.8148/2023, dated 01.09.2023, this Court made the following order: By an order dated 09.02.2023, this Court directed the learned District Munsif, Aathoor, Dindigul District to dispose the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2019 on or before 31.08.2023. However, the Trial Court has not disposed of the suit within the time limit.

2. Now, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor vide his letter dated 31.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.1636/2023, has requested for extension of 6 months time to dispose suit. In the said letter, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor has given explanation for non-disposal of the suit.

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor in the letter dated 31.08.2023, the time for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2019 is extended by another 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
