Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 18728/ 2015 : Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.5.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report and pass any other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
