Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned job transfer order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.2177/2013 Pa. dated 19.10.2015 and the consequential relieving order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 20.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to retain in the 3rd respondent office.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 23.11.2015, made in Writ Petition (MD) No.20727 of 2015 has been complied with. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that he was made to join belatedly and salary was not paid for the belated period. 2.This can be decided at the time of final hearing of the writ petition, which is pending. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is closed.
