ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from in any manner cutting the Tamarind Tree situated at S.No.503/2 in Ottanatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 to 3, in order to favour the fifth respondent, are attempting to cut and remove the Tree.

3.Learned Government Advocate, based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Ottapidaram, submitted that one Aasirvatham S/o.Ponnaiah Nadar has demolished his old house and reconstructed a new house. Since some branches of the Tree in S.No.503/2 was obstructing the construction, those branches alone were removed and the Tree is intact. In view of the representation made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
