O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the he 2nd Respondent herein to complete the investigation in Cr.No.23 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police and to file the Charge Sheet as expeditiously as possible.
2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.23 of 2022, which was registered for the offences punishable under 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000. So far no progress in the investigation.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.618 of 2022 and now it was posted on 28.12.2022 for appearance of accused. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 4.Since final report has been filed and taken cognizance by the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
