Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondent in accordance with law for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.212 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016. Prayer in WP(MD). 212/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent Tha.Aa.Po.Ka/Trichy/SBe5/667/2015 dated 22.08.2015, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to settle the petitioner's earned leave salary for 60 days for the years 2010-2011, 20112012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 of Rs.66,640/- together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from the date of retirement to till the date of actual payment.
