ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members and further restrain them not to involve the civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 3 and 4 by way of compelling the petitioners to execute the property in favour of the respondents 3 and 4.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR.No.634 of 2022 came to be registered and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
