The petitioner herein is the sole accused in Crime No.449/2013, on the file of the Rajapalayam police station. 2.The defacto complainant for the above said offence was added as second respondent in this petition. Now, the petitioner approached this Court by way of this petition, in which he seeking the relief to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR and to quash the said as further action is not necessary. 3.Today, When this application is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) made submission that on 12.11.2017 itself, further action in this case was dropped. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate was recorded. submitted that the defacto complainant as of now no more. Hence, the said submission also recorded.

Hence, recording the submissions made by either counsel, this Court come to the conclusion that this petition becomes infructuous and this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
