Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to transfer the petitioner to the available vacant post of Secondary Grade Teacher within Kariapatti Union in Virudhunagar District ahead of the regular deployment transfer and transfer within the union/district within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

According to the petitioner, the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13809 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016 has not been complied with by the respondents. Hence, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that there is no vacancy available for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher at Kariyapatti Union. Further it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner can very well participate in the counseling scheduled to be held from 08.07.2019 to 15.07.2019. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner can approach the authority concerned seeking transfer as per the guidelines issued by the Government Order.
