This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.04.2016 in W.A(MD).No.592 of 2016, filed under clause 15 of the Letter Patent against the interim order, dated:27/1/2016, made in MP.(MD).No.2/15 in WP(MD).NO.1711/2015. Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).1711/2015 : To pass suitabel Ad Interim Orders, directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade teacher in the 6th respondent school namely, RC Primary School, Keezha Kadayam, Tirunelveli, w.e.f., the date of her appointment on 10.07.2012 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance within a reasonable time as may be prescribed by this Honourable Court.

Prayer in WP(MD). 1711/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Proceedings issued byt he 4th respondent Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in O. Mu. No. 869/A1/2012 dated 05.12.2012 decling to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 6the respondent school, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade teacher in the 6th respondent school namely, RC Primary School, Keezha Kadayam, Tirunelveli, w.e.f., the date of her appointment on 10.07.2012 with all attendant benefits including the areas of salary and allowance.
