Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure code, praying to direct the Inspector of Police, Aalanganallur Police Station, Madurai, Madurai District the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No. 303 of 2012 pending on file of the 2nd respondent and further direct him to file a final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Honble Court For Petitioner : Mr.M.Pitchai Muthu For respondent : Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate (Criminal side)

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15423 of 2015 dated 10.08.2015.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, the respondent police filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti on 13.12.2015 and the same is yet to be taken on file. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
