Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2015 by disqualify the members of Q-1277, Venkittankurichi Primary Agricultural Co-operative credit Sangam, Paramakudi taluk, Ramanathapuram District by invoking section 36 and 36(A) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 enabling to held the enquiry under section 81 of the Act.

This Court, by order dated 21.09.2015, in W.P.(MD).No.16862 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.08.2015, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
