This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents No.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.The fourth respondent has filed a counter stating that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed as it was found to be a false allegation. However, If any complaint received by the fourth respondent against the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of summons in the manner known to law.
