Prayer in Crl OP(MD).12743/2015 : Petition was filed U/S 482 of Cr.PC 1973, to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.181 of 2015 dated 25.04.2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by making false averments in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12743 of 2015 dated 08.07.2015.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.173 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli and the next hearing date is 05.12.2016. He further submitted that the respondent did not make false averments before this Court.
