The grievance of the petitioner is that for effecting electricity service connection to the third respondent, the respondents are attempting to lay poles through the petitioner's land. 2.Today(16.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that now electricity service connection has been effected to the third respondent without any disturbance to the petitioner's land.
