ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17581 of 2015 dated 15.10.2015.

2.Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, a case has been registered in Crime No.302 of 2016 on 15.10.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 427, 467 and 468 of I.P.C., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, as per the order of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17581 of 2015 dated 15.10.2015. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
