The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.02.2015, enquiry was conducted and after completion of enquiry, the petition was closed on 02.10.2015. However, when the Criminal Original Petition was listed, due to inadvertence, they have given wrong statement stating that enquiry is Pending in current paper number.

2.Recording the said submission, this Petition is closed and the contemnor is discharged.
