The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.9131 of 2016, dated 16.06.2016.
2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that as per the direction of this Court, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed as 'mistake of fact' on 15.07.2016 and a copy of the closure report was also served to the petitioner on 20.07.2016. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent. Hence, no question of contempt arises in this case. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is disposed of.
