This Petition has been filed to quash the entire records in connection with order dated 14.10.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.3093 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the modification condition imposed by the Court below has been complied with by the petitioner from 05.08.2024.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., without fail, till the charge sheet is filed.
