(Order of this Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) The learned Government Advocate would submit, that the order passed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.A.No.1755 of 2015 has been complied with and the second respondent has issued a Government order in G.O.Ms.No.193 school Education (P.L.1) Department dated:31.10.2016. Since the order has been complied with and the petitioner was posted as District Librarian, this contempt petition is closed and the respondents are discharged.
