This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this court made Crl.O.P(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.14653 of 2016, dated 16.08.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, on 12.07.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police and closure report was also served to the petitioner.
